STEP ONE:
Our service is a BT line based broadband, which means that you'll either need to have an existing BT line or that you'll choose to get it installed for a fee (see below for more information on this). So that we can offer some of the cheapest monthly rates, we do not supply you with a modem: you can use one from a previous provider or simply email us for information on where to buy your own.
Here's a price guide to getting connected:
Option A: To transfer from a previous BT based broadband supplier, the charge is £11 plus VAT. This means that you have an existing broadband connection.
Option B: If you already have a BT line, but don't currently have a broadband service at that address, the connection charge is £40 plus VAT. This may mean you'll need a visit from our engineers; we'll tell you if this is the case though.
Option C: If you have never had a BT line at your address, the charge to install a line with broadband will be £99 including VAT. An engineer will need to visit you at your address.
STEP TWO:
Once you know how you'll get connected, you'll need to choose a broadband package.

Remember, if you'd like us to actually switch off your broadband (and stop billing you), we'll need two week's notice. The charge for reconnection is £40 plus VAT. Those switching providers will not incurr this charge.
